In this Agreement, the party who is contracting to receive the services shall be referred to as the “Client” and the party who will be providing the services shall be referred to as the Your24by7VA.
Your24by7va will provide services to the client as per contract signed between the client and Your24byva.
The Service to be provided under this Agreement shall be performed at the Your24byVA Provider’s place of business or at any remote location.
Your24by7VA Assistance is generally available 24 by 7 Sunday To Saturday excluding national holidays.
Client will pay compensation to Your24by7va for the Services at a rate decided during the agreement. This compensation shall be payable and due upon receipt of invoice.
Your24by7va may terminate the services or the Agreement immediately without prior notice in the event of a breach. Upon Termination, Your24byva shall invoice Client for any payment due, and payment will be due immediately upon receipt.
It is understood by the parties that Your24by7va is an independent contractor with respect to the Client and not an employee of the Client.
Any copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part in Your24by7va in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of the Client. Upon request, Your24by7va Provider shall sign documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of the Client to the copyrigted Product. The work based on research and opinion presented by virtual assistant are indicative and subject to be changed anytime.
Your24by7va Provider will not be liable for loss, damage or delay of Client’s project due to circumstances beyond Contractor’s control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact Client. In the event of such loss, damage or delay, Your24by7va will make every effort to notify Client immediately.
The client is solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of username and password. Your24by7va is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorised use of username and password. Your24by7va will protect any other private information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement.
Some of the links on the Your24by7va may allow you to leave this Site. Third-party sites to which the Site may link ("Third-Party Linked Sites") are not in any way under Your24by7va control, and does not assume any responsibility or liability for any information, content, communications, services, goods or other materials available on such third-party linked sites or for any changes or updates to such sites.
Your24by7va reserves its right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the terms and services in part or in whole at any time, including the availability of any of the Site features, terms, delivery services, databases, prices or its Content thereof.
